Altum Capital and Around Partners join forces to build an HVAC platform with Tenex
Altum Capital and Around Partners are joining forces to build an HVAC platform together. The platform, Tenex, builds on Temperatuur.Expert and focuses on consolidating a highly fragmented market of heating, cooling, sanitary and geothermal installations.
Around Partners is an experienced investor with a proven track record in building successful buy-and-build platforms. By combining the complementary expertise of both partners, Tenex aims to grow into a scalable, quality-driven player that can consistently serve property managers, building managers and real estate managers throughout Flanders — and, by extension, Belgium.
The partnership includes a first joint acquisition and a pipeline of additional candidates. Tenex is further professionalising and digitalising the platform — with attention to planning, service quality, training and recurring maintenance contracts — so that new companies can be integrated smoothly.
